Our Product portfolio consists of three main types of satellite communication services, some ITC services and consultancy. All these services are aimed for maritime companies’ needs. Some are designed for on board utilisation and some are for on the shore offices’ use.
- GEO services: We are providing below services:
- FLEX Ku band services for broadband unlimited telco needs of our customers. FLEX fleet being the most distributed and widely available group of birds in service in GEO segment provides reliable and stable service for our customers’ professional management and crew Internet needs. - We also provide Inmarsat-C GMDSS services
- Finally we provide legacy services like Certus, FBB etc. to our customers, who need such services.

- LEO services: We are providing widely popular StarLink’s and the newcomer of the market OneWeb’s services to our customer’s onboard Internet needs.

- Powered by a constellation of 650 LEO satellites, Eutelsat OneWeb’s global network will deliver high-speed, fibre-like connectivity services to critical and remote operations. Eutelsat OneWeb are offering fast, flexible, and scalable connectivity solutions across the globe, expanding bandwidth for government and enterprise markets. Supported by a global network of gateways and user terminals, Eutelsat OneWeb’s unique system powers connectivity for everyone, everywhere.
- Hybrid services: We provide hybrid services of LEO and GEO constellations, thus merging reliability of GEO with extreme broadband of LEO systems. For such operations we have several combinations that can be chosen, as well as global and/or regional LTE support options.
- Support services: We are providing installation, maintenance, repair and support services to all satcomm equipment types, connected computers and peripheral devices. Our primary area of operation is Mediterranean and Black Sea ports.
- We are providing assessment, gap analysis, staff awareness training, and several certification, preparation and active/reactive improvement services.
- Vessel data security services: We are providing TMSA version 3 support, preparation and improvement services. We also provide ISO 27000 family services for the compliance work in accordance to MSC.428(98).
- On board and on shore data security services: We are providing security consultancy and support services, both procedural (designed around ISO 27000 family) and practical system based management services. Such services can be positioned both on vessel and on shore facilities.
